How we work
Tell us the problem. We'll figure out the solution.
You don't need to know if it's a dev thing or an AI thing — that's our job. Here's how working with us actually works.
You tell us what you need
Book a call or send us a message. No pressure, no sales pitch. We'll listen to what you're trying to accomplish and ask a few questions.
We figure out the approach
You don't need to know if it's a "dev thing" or an "AI thing" — that's our job. We'll come back with a clear plan and honest assessment.
We get it done
We build it, run it, or both. Regular updates, no surprises. You focus on your business while we handle the work.
Need more? Just ask
"Can you also do X?" — Yes. Same relationship. Added to scope. Most clients start with one thing and expand from there.
What to expect
How we actually operate.
No mystery pricing
You'll know exactly what something costs before we start. Fixed price for defined work. Hourly for ongoing support. No surprises on the invoice.
Direct access
You talk to the people doing the work. No account managers, no project coordinators, no game of telephone. Questions get answered fast.
We don't waste time
No unnecessary meetings. No status reports for the sake of status reports. We work, we update you, we deliver.
Honest about what we can do
If something's not a fit, we'll tell you. If something's going wrong, you'll hear it from us first. We'd rather lose a project than overpromise.
What we don't do
We're not for everyone.
We work best with companies that want a partner, not a vendor. Here's what we don't do — so you know if we're a fit.
Micromanagement
We'll keep you in the loop, but we don't do daily standups or status reports for the sake of it.
Spec work or free trials
We're happy to discuss your project in detail, but we don't do unpaid work to "prove ourselves."
Unclear scope that drags on
If we can't define what "done" looks like, we'll work with you to figure it out first.
Working with committees
We need someone who can make decisions. If every choice needs 5 approvals, we're probably not the right fit.
